Format

  • Most episodes are interview-style conversations

  • Some episodes may include two guests or a roundtable discussion

  • The tone is conversational rather than scripted

Length

  • Recording typically lasts 60–75 minutes

  • Final edited episodes may be shorter

  • Thoughtful, friendly, and curious

  • No “gotcha” questions

  • Clarification and follow-up questions are common to support listener understanding

What to Expect From Your Interview

PREPARATION

Before Recording

  • We’ll share a topic overview and example questions in advance

  • You’re welcome to suggest areas you’d like to focus on (or avoid)

  • No slides or formal presentation needed

  • You will be asked to complete our Guest Survey (link will be emailed directly)

  • Technical requirements include a stable internet connection, using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari browsers (not Firefox).

  • We ask that you find a quiet space to record and use headphones and a microphone if possible

  • We can help test audio if needed

During Recording

  • You can pause, rephrase, or ask to revisit an answer at any time

  • If something doesn’t come out as intended, we can redo it

  • We may ask you to briefly explain terms for a general audience

Preparing For Your Episode

After Recording

  • Episodes are edited for clarity and flow

  • We do not alter meaning or intent

  • You may be contacted to clarify a point if needed

  • Once your episode is published we will share it on our socials and website. We can also provide you with links and captions should you want to share it with your network.
